Functionality of the blood tank
Mecanova's blood tank is designed to store the blood that is sent from the bleeding tank prior to the cooker. To fulfill this function, it has an upper blood inlet that arrives thanks to a peristaltic pump and a lower outlet to feed the blood cooker. The equipment incorporates a stirring system to avoid coagulation, driven by a gear motor.
The ideal operation is in conjunction with a blood cooker, placing a peristaltic pump between them to carry out continuous blood processing that allows production to be adjusted to a cooking cycle per hour.
