Functionality

The carcasses movement can be done via tubular monorail. This type of rail is very common among countries from Central Europe, and it is normally designed for the pig carcasses movement. Mecanova manufactures the tubular monorails adapting our work to our client needs. Besides the regular design, we go forward making the tubular monorail with teflon.

tubular monorail with teflon It is a system that comprises a 1000 polyethylene placed on the tube that facilitates the trolleys sliding. This type of tubular monorail with teflon is wider and does not require lubrication.

Mecanova offers trolleys adapted to each type for tubular track, both for conventional and with Teflon designs. 

This trolley runs through a Ф 50 or Ф 60 tube with ease, as the diabolo has two bearings. The trolley is usually lubricated with food grease, as the friction of the steel can cause the precipitation of metal chips on the carcass. Thanks to this lubrication, this type of unforeseen event is avoided.

 

For the use of the Eurohook use, it is required the special tubular monorail with teflon: with the polyethylene guide, the trolley glides better. In addition includes more economic trolleys or hooks.

Technical features

• - Airway profile made of S-275-JR steel tube with galvanized finish
• - 1000 polyethylene guide for sliding carriages
• - The diameter of the tube used will be 60.3 mm
• - Track moment of inertia equal to 33.5 cm4
• - The fastening of the track to the support structure beam can be done either by a UPN - 60x30 S-275-JR steel profile hanger alongside with an angle for fixing the beam, depending on the installation
• - Joining elements of the saddles to the support beam made of galvanized S-275-JR steel
