Cattle red offal conveyor

Functionality

The red offal and heads conveyor fulfills the function of transporting these pieces from the extraction dressing platform to the veterinary inspection point, in synchronization with the carcass conveyor, to facilitate said inspection. This conveyor is adapted to the layout and heights of the line and its design so that operators can carry out their work ergonomically and quickly to help the productivity of the line.

Technical Features

  • - Built using UPN 80 profiles made of hot galvanized S275 JR material
  • - Bolted joints in all sections and elements using AISI 304 stainless steel screws
  • - Chain depending on the existence or not of height changes of the polyplane or forged X458 type
  • - AISI 304 stainless steel hooks through round Φ 14
  • - Traction by planetary type co-varied frequency gearmotor and Z-10 crown. 
  • - Tension using z10 tensioner ring and elastic cylinder with double safety
