MECANOVA continues to improve the meat industry in Mexico with a new line of machinery for the fully automated offal treatment.

Thanks to this new automated line for guts treatment, our customer will not need to have so many operators assigned to these tasks and obtaining a result of maximum quality in the by-products.

This line consists of centrifuge for the washing and review of stomachs of cattle, epilator of feet, disintegrating, elevators of cutter car, hopper of entrance to the machines and pneumatic platform.

Our machines also achieve a perfect finish of the stomachs and legs without need of price washing, thanks to an interior design that facilitates the rapid evacuation of the manure.

Next to the centrifuges, they send elevators turning carts cutters, necessary for the high productivity of these machines.

Thanks to this fully automated line our customer will enjoy and can see increased productivity and profitability in a short period of time
