LIVESTOCK SCALE 1500 KG

Descripción:

Scale for weighing livestock made of steel, 1500 kg capacity. Consists of a platform with barriers annealed up to 800 mm. on the weighing surface. It has two wheels for easy entry and exit of the animal.

Machinery designed for automated airways conveyor systems in the meat industry.

These conveyors are manufactured by UPN profiles in F-111 steel, receiving a posterior superficial galvanized treatment.

The traction is produced by direct transmision with a gear motor so we can get the appropriate speed. The transmission shafts are made of F-125, guaranteeing the enough endurance for its use. All the auxiliar transmission elements ara made in F-114. Just like the frame of the conveyor, all the elements that are made in carbon steel will incorporate a posterior superficial galvanized treatment. 

The tensioin of the chain is produced by an elastic cylinder. The activation of this cylinder is done by compressed air under a pressure of 4 bars. With security systems in case of a possible block.

The chain used is X-458 type forged of 4" and it is guided by the UPN profiles by polyethylene rollers from where the pushers hang.

Another option is that the hook could hang from the trolley. In this case the pusher is replaced by the piece to use.
