Functionality
The movement needs in the industry oh Spanish ham, sausages or others require strong rails that can hold more than 1000 kg per lineal meter, even up to 4000 kg per lineal meter. To meet these needs, Mecanova offers a stainless twin track system built in lattice structure. Mecanova proposes several models to adapt the different loads:

Up to 900 kg per lineal meter of load capacity

The Latttice Inox Twin Track System includes different elements in its composition:

Switchs with an exclusive Mecanova system whereby the central star is the one that moves avoiding loss of contact with the wheels of the trolleys with the raceway, allowing easy movement of large loads. |

Functionality
The humid and especially corrosive enviroments in certain meat industries, as well as the need to keep the facilitie free from any kind of oxidation make it necessary to install a stainless twin track system with hangers.
This rail, besides of the own advantages offered by a twin track system, provides lifespan to the structure, a high load capacity, and an unbeatable appearance.
Due to the above features, besides of being installed in a slaughterhouse, cattle cutting room, it is especially indicated in the salting and post-salting area of hams, sausage dryers, line with racks in sausage ovens, among others.

The twin track system is the most modern rail system for meat transporting. This type of rail is held by a support called saddle or track hanger, thorugh which trolleys circulate. From those trolleys, the racks with meat pieces or carcasses are hanged by hooks.
The load capacity, depending on the type of rails, can be up to 2,500 kg per linear meter, and there are multiple solutions for all types of needs and budgets.

Functionality
The aluminium twin track system is the most modern, economical, safe and clean rail model on the market. The different elements of this structure make it a leading model and up to scratch, meeting the expectations and needs of the producer.
It is composed by several elements such as the track made of extruded aluminium, hangers or switches of two and three directions.
Mecanova's aluminium profile has a design that provides it with a high loading capacity, a long service life and a easy screw to the hanger. The gravity cast aluminium hangers are highly resistant with a tensile breaking load of 2,240 kg. |
The hanger's desing makes it possible to easily screw the profile to the hanger, and the hanger to the structure. The design is indicated for the take down from a portable structure IPE or IPM (Double T) galvanized in heat. It can also be taken down from an unseen structure above the panel by stainless steel off-hooks. Mecanova places the hangers every 600 mm, although this separation can be adapted to different requirements. |
A twin track system switch can be in two or three directions. These usually have built-in drills for the placement of manual needles. Mecanova can also offer detours with pneumatic needles. |

Description
Profile airway consists of extruded aluminum. Road section designed to allow rolling of the transport carriages on it and at the same time facilitate the assembly of the elements necessary for securing the same.
