Functionality
The Beef Rail Trolley is used in flat track rails in slaughterhouses, cutting rooms and processed and sausage factories. They are made entirely of stainless steel, which makes them more hygienic and durable. The wheel is made of the latest generation plastic material, totally resistant. The trolley is highly resistant to impacts and frictional wear. Hooks of different diameter can be attached to them, with or without a swivel, and legs or rocker arms.

Sheep Bleeding Trolley
Description:
Trolley prepared for 2 ”or 1 ½” tubular track with sling. This car is used for lifting animals in the area of bleeding. It is characterized by its sling, which is passed around the leg of the animal, and due to the effect of gravity the entrapment of the animal's leg occurs

Cattle Bleeding Trolley (Tubular)
Functioning:
Trolley for tubular rail with a 2" sling. This trolley is used for the elevation of animals in the bleeding area. It is characterized for its sling, which is passed around the leg of the animal, and by gravity effect the entrapment of the animal occurs.
Technical Data:
- Manufactured in iron, with a galvanized or AISI-304 stainless steel finish.
- Trolley body manufactured of 1.57 x 0.79 and 1.57 x 0.31 in.(40 x20 y 40 x 8 mm.) strips.

Pig Bleeding Tubular Trolley
Functioning:
Trolley for tubular rail with a 2" sling. This trolley is used for the elevation of animals in the bleeding area. It is characterized for its sling, which is passed around the leg of the animal, and by gravity effect the animal is hoocked.
Depending on its application, it can be:
Bleeding trolley with a sling with a hook for the scald tranporter: this trolley adapts perfectly for a scald tranporter with a hook, so possible falls are avoid. It also has a disc, which adaptas to the MECANOVA´S automatic unhang.
Bleeding trolley with spring: it is prepared for a manual unhang, so by pressure on the superior disc the unhag is produced.
